ICD-10 Code Sets
ICD-10 code sets replaced ICD-9 in fall 2015. The ICD-10 code set is more extensive than that of ICD-9, offering the opportunity for more complete and specific reporting. Health Plans, Inc. is compliant with ICD-10 diagnosis and procedure codes.
As an administrator of self-funded benefit plans, we partner with multiple provider networks to provide optimal service to our customers. If you have questions about ICD-10 code sets, please review the option below that best applies to your provider network.
